Born and raised in Miami, David has substantial experience in immigration law and general administrative law and procedure. He holds J.D. from Georgetown University in Washington D.C., and a B.S. from Eugene Lang College, New School in New York.
His academic and professional interests have also allowed him to become an expert in animal importation and exportation. Currently, David is a delegate for the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). He has been a speaker at several CITES conferences.
Because of his Hispanic heritage, David is able to establish a personal connection with our clients, allowing him to understand their concerns. Coupled with his academic background and rigorous professional experience, David always finds creative solutions for our clients' needs.
